In reflecting on my personal political past which defaulted towards Republican (who doesn’t believe in personal responsibility and hard work?) and, after a great deal of digging into particular issues, a gradual evolution into a Democrat I’ve become fascinated with the dominance of psychology in determining our political fate. I believe today’s political landscape is dominated by the fact that prudent policy decisions have a significant headway against human tendencies that greatly favor conservatism.
